Your Medicare ID or Health Insurance Member ID is located on different cards. DUOS can use the ID number on either card to verify your eligibility.

Medicare ID: Found on your red, white, and blue Medicare card (11 numbers and letters).
Health Insurance Member ID: Found on your health insurance card.
